Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of PayLead (https://pay-lead.com), including the dashboard, connected sites, lead capture tools, API submissions, customer records, analytics tags, payment links, and related services.

1. Accounts and organizations

PayLead is currently offered as a dedicated, onboarded service for selected organizations we work with directly. You are responsible for your account, your organization workspace, the content you submit, and the people you invite. Keep access credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Your sites, submissions, and customers

You control the websites, forms, status labels, customer records, payment links, and submissions that you connect to PayLead. You must have the right to collect, store, and use the information you send into the service, including form answers and attribution data received through your websites or API keys.

3. Payments and commissions

Payment features may be powered by Stripe Connect. Your organization is responsible for its Stripe account, customers, tax obligations, refunds, disputes, and compliance with payment network rules. PayLead may charge platform fees, service fees, or commissions on payments processed through the service where agreed with your organization or shown in the product, checkout, invoice, or written communication.

4. Fees, cancellations, and refunds

Fees, commission terms, billing dates, and any commercial limits are shown in the product, checkout, invoice, or written agreement with your organization. You can stop using the service or cancel according to the applicable terms. Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable. Duplicate charges or clear billing errors should be reported to legal@pay-lead.com.

5. Customer websites and consent

If you install scripts, API keys, forms, analytics tags, or payment flows on your own websites, you are responsible for giving the notices and obtaining the permissions or consents required for your visitors, customers, and jurisdictions.

6. Fair use and acceptable use

We may apply reasonable fair-use limits, rate limits, storage limits, or abuse-prevention controls to protect the service and other users. Do not use PayLead for unlawful content, spam, phishing, credential harvesting, fraud, malware, or activity that harms the platform, third parties, or payment processors.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayLead is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
